Returns

We accept returns for store credit only within 15 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original tags and packaging must be included.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items

• Gift cards

• Custom or personalized products

• No returns on earrings 

Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a store credit to be used on any future purchase with Salty Chickadees.
